Wednesday, July 15, 2009.....New things are coming!
Before I get to the exciting news I'd like to take a minute and congratulate Mike and Maggie! Mike and Maggie were married
at St. Abromse Church in Alton, IL on July 4th! What a GREAT wedding!!! Maggie was absolutely radiant and Mike couldn't take
his eyes off of his new wife. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures yet but as soon as I do I'll share them with everyone!
Now on to some exciting news for A Friend of the Bride....I'd like everyone to meet Nicole, the new addition to A Friend
of the Bride. Nicole happens to be one of my best friends and will be heading up the new "Party" planning portion of A Friend
of the Bride. This new service will provide assistance with everything from birthday parties, engagement parties, anniversary
parties or any other reason you can think of to celebrate! I am so excited to begin working with Nicole! I know that everyone
will love her enthusiasm, sense of humor and flair for throwing a great party.

June 23, 2009....My first blog
Thanks for visiting A Friend of the Bride. It's been a very busy couple of months here and I'd like to take to congratulate
my last two brides....
Congratulations to Jessica and Adriano! Jessica and Adriano were married April 17 in Destin, FL.
Jessica and Adriano were married on the beach in front of 20 family members and friends. After the 5:30PM ceremony the
bride and groom hosted a private dinner at Zampieris, followed by dancing in the restaurants bar.
Jessica's dress bustle broke halfway through the evening but she made the most of it and it made great pictures!

Congratulations to Becky and Rob!
Becky and Rob were married June 6 at the brides parent's home. Approximately 110 guests were treated to a front lawn
ceremony followed by a beautiful reception under a tent.

Becky also happens to be my sister-in-law, so helping with this wedding was particularly special for me. Becky was a
beautiful and extremely happy bride. Welcome to the family Rob!
