Melissa has been the owner of A Friend of the Bride since December 2008. Wedding coordinating and planning became
a passion for Melissa after planning her own wedding in May of 2008.
Melissa loves working with Brides and their families to make sure the "Big" day is pulled off without any problems. She
believes that her main job as a wedding coordinator is to make sure the Bride and Groom have a wonderful, stress-free day!
Melissa has an Applied Communications degree from Fontbonne University in St. Louis. When not busy with wedding
plans, Melissa enjoys reading, winery trips with friends and cooking. She currently lives outside of St. Louis with her husband,
James.
